Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in a variety of different countries. The manufacturing country is stated on all of our products.
Is it true that if your products are developed in China, they are tested on animals?
No, this is only true if your products are sold in China. SOSU Cosmetics, Dripping Gold or Bahama are not available in retailers in China.
Are your products EU Cosmetic Compliant? 
Yes, SOSU Cosmetics, Dripping Gold and Bahama adhere to the European Cosmetics Regulations (EC No. 1223/2009).
How do you know all your ingredients are cruelty-free?
Animal testing for raw ingredients and finished products is banned in the UK and Europe. None of our products, or their ingredients, are tested on animals. SOSU Cosmetics is also PETA Approved.
I have sent a message through your social media channels, (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and got no response.
Unfortunately, you may not get a response, as we do not have a customer service team dedicated to our social media accounts. Please email with urgent queries.


Why is there no glue supplied with the lashes? 
We did not include a mini eyelash glue with our false eyelashes for two reasons: To keep the price of the lashes as low as possible In general, the glue that is provided by lash manufacturers is mass products, and not of great quality. We worked on our own formulation for our Brush-on Lash Adhesive with a specialist manufacturer.
How many times can I wear your false eyelashes?
It depends on the style of lash you are using, and how well you take care of the set with each use. In general, the lashes can be reused anywhere between five and twenty times.
Will I need a patch test before using Dripping Gold products?
All makeup and tanning products have different reactions to the skin, to which they have been applied. It is recommended that a patch test is carried out at least 24 hours in advance of all tan applications to be certain of no reactions.
Are Dripping Gold Tanning products safe for use during pregnancy?
Using Dripping Gold tanning products is deemed safe in pregnancy, under the conditions of use and warning from the label. Products with ingredients such as salicylic acid or retinoids are not deemed safe but if you’re unsure, it’s always best to double-check with your doctor. Spray Tans are not recommended in pregnancy as you may inhale some of the solution. Additionally, do not apply to the breast area if breastfeeding. A patch test 24-48hours before applying any product is always recommended, even if used before.

Returns and Faults

There is a fault with my product, what do I do?
If you have purchased the product online at, please contact Please provide us with details of the fault, photographs if possible and your order number. If you have purchased the product from a pharmacy, salon, or retail store, please bring the product and receipt back to the place of purchase. We cannot replace products that were not bought from the website.


Have you received my order?
After completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Allow a couple of hours for the email to come through. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
We are unable to amend or cancel any orders that have already been placed. If it has been dispatched and you wish to send items back, within the cooling-off period, you can return your items for a full refund.
I received a dispatch email, but my tracking information is not working. 
It can take up to 24 hours for your tracking to be activated after you receive your dispatch email.
My tracking information states my order has been delivered, but I have not received my parcel.
In these circumstances, we recommend contacting the courier specified in your dispatch email as soon as possible. It is possible that the courier may have left it with a neighbour or in a local shop.
My order has been dispatched but I need to change my delivery details.
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery details. Please contact the courier specified in your dispatched email as soon as possible. Please have your name, address and tracking information ready for them.
I have received the incorrect items in my delivery.
Please email In the email, please include as much information as possible, including your name, order number, email address, order date, product description of missing or incorrect product, a photograph of the products you received and any other relevant information.
I have an issue with a SOSU Cosmetics, Dripping Gold or Bahama product, that I purchased from a third-party retailer. 
We can only replace items that were purchased online through In this instance, the protocol is to return the item to the retailer, along with your receipt or proof of purchase, for an exchange or refund.
What is the status on my refund? 
Once a refund is processed, you will receive an email stating this. It can take up to ten working days for the money to return to your account, depending on your bank.
