HOW TO USE

1. Start with clean, dry skin.
2. Using your fingers or Pro Blender Sponge, apply But First, Base all over the face, focusing on the cheekbones, temples, and bridge of the nose.
3. If desired, apply CC Me In Foundation over top for a luminous HD finish.
4. Alternatively, apply But First, Base on top of your foundation to instantly glow-up your complexion.
